how is gram doing?

Gram is actually doing really well. This was her idea - I came home from work one day and sat down next to her to read the paper and she said "it's time for you to find your own place". It was a major shock. That was two weeks ago - I guess my "lifestyle" finally got to her. In any case she is starting to look into selling the house and moving on to the next stage of her life. I am happy for her, but still worry a lot and find it strange not to have that house anymore. In every other aspect, especially physically, she has come a LONG way. She still has to be careful so that she doesn't have a fall - but she started working towards doing everyday things for herself last winter. Now she cooks dinner (the biggest thing) and can do almost anything she wants - either completely on her own or using the tools that we have put in place (like a machine that opens jars - it's a beautiful thing). As for me - this is the first time, since I was five and not including dorms, that I have lived outside of that house. And to now be living with my
