I know what you mean by the messed up mood swing dealies. I get them sometimes, too. However, I attribute them to loneliness, even just a slight amount. Sometime things just creep into your mind without even thinking about them and they just take over for like an hour until something new occupies the mind. But yeah, they suck, and I really don't know how to treat them.
