Heidi and I took Sunday off to walk around the French Quarter during the day to take pictures of the buildings and such. I felt like I was in a different country. All the buildings were all different colors, with all these green plants. The French Quarter did not get hit as bad as many other areas. We drove around for a bit and saw these

Funny story from the end of the year AmeriCorps celebration. We all went in some kind of boat (except Michael. He was sleeping in the hammock). Conner and Lisa and I were all in single kayaks. Mollie and Rob in the double kayak. Kerry, Michelle and Sam were on the paddle boat, and Sarah and Chip in the canoe. I'm explaining that the water is really shallow, it's just the 8 feet of muck underneath it that makes it not fun for swimming... next thing we know, Conner's tipped herself over and is flailing about in the water/muck. She gets on the paddle boat, and we're all looking at the kayak which is now tied to a tow line, but we have to right it. The only way we can right it is if someone's in the water, and Christen certainly wasn't going back in it. So I bail on my kayak, and we spent the next 20 minutes getting the waterlogged kayak drained, flipped, and towed, and then 10 minutes after that trying to get me back in my kayak (and part of that in it's hilarity was me going to a dock, stepping on a stump and about to climb

This is my third attempt. Sounds like you are having fun while working hard. I'm afraid your room is filling up. Ted and I have started on the attic, and your room is the "holding" station for organization central. Hopefully, you will still be able to get to the bed :)
