I got my hair cut today! You know what that means!
I went to Floyd's in College Park. A couple folks I know (including dj_ango) have recommended it.
I knew I wanted a bob or something chin length to cut off all the henna through the years. I told the hairdresser, "Cut off the old stuff, somewhere around my chin. I trust you." She squealed, "How can you trust me, you just met me?" I didn't have a good answer.
Well, my intuition was right. Two of her co-workers (it was dead) came over to watch her cut my hair, asking about her technique. One guy had her break down what she was doing since he could "never get that cut right." Apparently she goes into a zone and just cuts. I watched what she was doing, and it was impressive. :)
I like it. I'm glad to have it all be my own color... even though parts are blondish (no homo!).
