Hello, Fredericktonians! I grew up in Frederick, Maryland (okay, Rockville, MD was my first hometown, but I spent more time growing up in Frederick); I graduated from Gov. Thomas Johnson High School in 1982, and have lived in Seattle, WA since 1991

Frederick is expanding rapidly. There's a lot of development around here. I've only lived here for about - geez, five years now? Anyway, even in that short of a time it's gotten much bigger. In some ways it's good - more things to do. In some ways it's not good - more people, worse traffic, etc.

I also know when the BWP came out, the sign for whatever that town is kept getting stolen. They had to replace it several times.

Hmmm...looks like I ought to stop by there one of these days, whenever I find my way to the opposite coast. Have y'all gotten a lot of snow this winter so far?
