Tomorrow is my birthday. Due to the higher than average party density this weekend I'm going to have my birthday party next week- the 15th for anyone counting. I figure more parties means more chances for people to drink and hang out. I'm thinking it may be a themed party or something but I haven't decided yet. More news to follow

yeah, christy and i just got a 120GB simpletech NAS. fabulous. something like $75 on newegg last i checked. able to move all my storage up to a network drive, and also backup important files there. but can sit in another part of the house in case of fire-type things. cool thing is it also allows you to plug in two USB devices and it shares those too...so you can hook up a printer and share it and a USB hard drive (or flash drive). so i also bought a cheap enclosure and threw another HDD in it. 370GB or so now up on a NAS, always on all for well under $250 :-)
