Yesterday started out pretty awesome. We purchased a Black Friday doorbuster TV online. So Paul didn't have to wake up so early today and stand out in the cold. There was also free shipping, we just have to wait about a week and a half for it to be delivered. Then we will actually start using our basement. We've never had a TV so big before ( Read more... )

Sounds like you had a pretty decent holiday, then! And WOOT for not having to get up early - those malls were bloody PACKED by the time I left for work at six!

Enjoy the new TV once it comes; I can't wait till we get ours in January. I'll be able to see the damn game text from my sofa instead of having to sit on the floor in front of the TV to read it!

And early, cautious congrats on the new niece/nephew, as well; good thoughts and prayers to your family. ;)
