I hate being stuck in an ongoing rut, unable to do anything about it and even being so numb that I can't really be bothered to do anything about it. It will be the end of me.

Not the most encouraging post to start the new year with, huh? :-)

On the other hand though... I'm addicted to "fail" youtube vids. Schadenfreude all the way.
