I am unwell, tired and stressed. I need to detox and relax. I am going to stop smoking altogether, even the casual fag that so often comes with a drink or a particularly high octane day at work. I am going to go on holiday, to somewhere hot, for at least a week. I need to seriously get back into a normal sleeping routine - easier said than done, i.
