I'll make it fit my own interpretation of "who" and consider the correlation to chazper's story, which I'm backing up to, and the absence, or futility of wishes.
I also thought "Ryan" when I read this. The "hell no" didn't really sound like him, though, as I read it and now that I know it was Trey you were thinking of it "fits":)
