While I was sitting and watching one of my favorite movies the other night, I realized something about the movie and about this city. The people need to be delivered from an oppressive government, surely we are not slaves but we are slaves to those who ban our voices and the sounds that help them to come from our mouths. I will not stand for it any ( Read more... )

Dramatic? I am far from being "dramatic" in th least. If you don't want your rights of being able to speak your mind and do as you please, with music being a placement under the freedom of speech, then I should be able to be "dramatic" about it.

To start a war of words. Similar to a cold war of sorts, only I'm not a country, I'm just a person racing to get to the rights I deserve as a human.

As much as you may wish to change this law, is it really worth it to make such a public statement and risk your own arrest?

Of course it is. If we get enough people to fill the jails in the area then it's more then likely they'll pull the law. I will go get arrested and I would die to have my rights back, to say the same for you sir, I would not know. But if you like being able to say what you like I suggest stepping out of the shadows and speak up.

If you do not, your nothing but a coward in my eyes.

A coward? Hardly. Clearly you have no idea who I am. Do you honestly think they'd overturn the law if the jails are full of musicians? When they think they're winning? You're delusional.

Truly, if one cannot speak against the government for something that you believe is wrong, then you truly are more than a coward.

Clearly, I don’t really care who you are.

Yes, it will work. Clearly, sir, you need to do a bit of reading on situations such as these, it’s more than obvious that you have never heard of the Children’s March of 1963 in the city of Birmingham, Alabama. These children could pull of something of that size, then so can we. If children can change the view of segregation in the south then we can get a small law repealed by the government.

Delusional is what they called a great artist when he begged for war to be over but that didn’t stop him and it’s not going to stop me.

I plan to start my own war, like I told Roderich. It's going to my version of a "cold war". Only I'm not going to space. :/

Well, as you said, it's going to take some doing. People here have grown complacent.
