I don't think I need LiveJournal anymore. I never thought I did before, but now that I look back on it, I realize that it was more for me than anyone else. I told myself when I started it that people needed to hear what I had to say, but really, I just needed to be heard, to be understood, to be affirmed. Yeah.. i tried to leave once. Thinking i had 'outgrown' this space. pfff was i wrong. i stopped for a while then came back full force.
If anything, it's a good way to practice writing that is non-academic, informal.. yet ...something.
(I secretely just love it for procrastination reasons...)

I have a feeling you'll be back soon..

this makes me sad. i mean, i understand (ish), but what about the friends who you don't see face to face? WHAT ABOUT ME?! i know i'm selfish, but i liked reading about what you were thinking, even if i don't actually get to see you. humph.
