I think the universe is conspiring to keep money from me. I finally got all the issues with my car breaking down squared away when my debit card starts coming back declined. I check it out and it turns out that my car insurance company double billed me for March, which resulted in several overdraft fees which resulted in me being a couple hundred

That fucking sucks! I hear ya. Banks and insurance companies are evil, especially when they start with the overdraft fees that were caused by other overdraft fees that were caused by computer error.
