I've been thinking about death a lot too lately, especially with so many good friends and good people passing away -- or rather, "moving on to something better" as I'd like to believe.
More than being remembered, maybe we live because we know that we will die. Death, in an ironic sense, is what makes us live. Our existence is obviously temporary -- like a rare vip ticket to the front row of a concert we've been dying to see. And we know it's only going to last 3 hours or so, but might as well take it right? Take it and scream like hardcore fan.
Hahaha ewww sorry to go emo. I just couldn't help but hit back, I've been wanting to talk about these things lang kasi with everything that's happened.

On dying young, there was a time I used to think it was infinitely better to die early rather than get left behind. Now, I just think that's silly. I want to live as long as I can.
