Well, isn't that interesting?  Not often a building decides to suddenly explode at random, and even rarer without cause.  Safe to say the latter is hardly the case.

But I suppose it's none of my business.

From my experience buildings hardly blow up at random or without a cause.

Sometimes that cause is just a little on the unbelievable side of things.
