God, this is truly soul-wrenching sad. Your post-apocalyptic scenario with Becker fighting and cutting himself off (again), and with Jess trying to make him see what he's doing wrong and finally giving up (she can only take so much and Becker is - frankly spoken - an arse) and then in her room with the little flowers - that is so real.

Brilliantly done! :)

The ending is (of course) my favourite part. The hug is perfect. ♥ Love it!

While I'm glad they could save the world on the show - or at least it seemed like they could, I really love your scenario. I can totally see it happen, Becker completely forgetting that he isn't the only one who has lost someone and that he hasn't lost all of them...

This was truly brilliant and sad and horrifying and wonderful at the end. Great job!
