First post turns out to be a fic!

Isn't is strange, you're sitting there quite happily doing something entirely un-LoM related on the computer, when the next song that iTunes chooses to play hits you sideways and before you know it, you're writing a (what turned out to be a rather large) fic. I do love it when that happens :)

aww! absolutely loved it! despite the fact that it was really sad. sam/gene is my secret fandom and this was such a perfect representation of what they have (and i completely believe that they have something.)

And so, Gene Hunt had spent the rest of the day smelling of Old Spice instead of Brut and wearing a shirt two sizes too small on the collar and with buttons that fought hard at the thread holding them in place. Sam had never asked for the shirt back and Gene had never offered it.

In other words: I really liked it! Both Sam and Gene felt very in character and I loved the angst and the sadness of it.
