This is so interesting. I don't know anything about Chakra's but after reading this I want to learn more! Who is the author of this book? I think I will be checking it out.

I think it is great that you are learning about this and by doing so learning more about yourself. By doing so, you will be able to grow and become more confident in the person you are (or want to become). Way to go Jo!
