I just got back from the cinema after watching Lord of the Rings - Two Towers. Its awesome, makes you want to launch into something, its totally, totally influential

Good, you've got me all excited for watching Lord of the Rings tomorrow...

I always find Andy Goldsworthy's work not only thought-provoking and moving but truly beautiful, something that is lacking in a lot of art at the moment although of course not all. I'm curious about what you do.

At the moment I do web development for a community project. Its for a local council. I like my art though and want to get back into it. I've spent a lot of time learning how to at least work towards a sustainable income, rather than a sporadic burst here and there from my art.

Enjoy Lord of the Rings, Two Towers is 10 times better.

never stop sculpting, even if you have to bring a can of play-do to work or make mud & rock piles while camping (er, within the bounds of not fucking up riparian & other delicate habitats, natch, but drilling holes in hiking paths could be fun cept you said no Conceptual art...
