Apartment above Blood Gulch Arms - Very Late Wednesday Night

The apartment was completely dark as Tex was fast asleep. Years of training however meant that usually she could go from dead to the world to wide awake and strangling an intruder in the blink of an eye. Usually she would hear most intruders pretty quickly too. Tonight however, the intruder didn't make any noise as he just showed up in the middle
