matthew, you have no idea how much this post means to me...i've been feeling low regarding what in the world i'm going to be...to become "the man God wants me to be." you are rite, i to have a purpose that God has promised to complete in me...i am searching for purpose in Christ and i thot i had direction, but at times i think i'm just fishing for somehting tangible to hold onto and strive for, but i miss the point that God will guide me in His own time, i only have to be responsible to be listening and discerning to the ideas i get that i think could be from God.
i too see frustration, but i see a direction to your life that i fail to see within my own. There are things i could become, but none that i feel any strong spiritual leading on. i dunno. pray for me and for a stronger walk, and also for the gift of discernment so that i can understand what it mite be that God has for me. Thanks.

I'm glad geoff. It's always rather difficult to feel lost, but know you're incredibly and perfectly found. I'm sure that you'll find that purpose quite soon. I'll be praying for you. We should hang out soon. yes?

thaanks tess! oh of course. I'm going to try and come visit before I head off. We'll see what I can do. She is just a random LJ friend that I ran across a while back. :) She can probably answer better as to who she is, I'm not even sure I know her name.
