Which book should I start with?

What sort of level of meatiness would you like? SES is rather thorough and I get the impression you'd appreciate the thoroughness. If you're interested particularly in the psychological side, go for 'Integral Psychology'. If you're after a very quick picture of the whole model try 'A Theory Of Everything', but I would guess that you'd not find much satisfaction with that. I could only read 'Boomeritis' because I was already familiar with the ideas; I didn't think it was well written, but then it's presented as fiction and all of the rest of his writing is not.
Have a look at the Wikipedia entry about him. The bibliography there might help as it his subtitles tend to let you know which particular angle he's approaching the model from for that book.
