windows just updated itself, installed, kept haranguing me with 'you have not restarted since update, restarting in 5 minutes. Now?  Later?'  I click Later.  5 minutes or so later, same window comes up, same choice

second? i had the same experience the other night after doing some updates. i'm like GODDAMN IT i do NOT want to restart my computer right now...
