California has an excellent renters rights network. I contacted multiple sources and everyone I talked to took the time to understand what was happening. I knew this could happen at any time going in, and the 60 days allows me to be picky about where I end up. Looking for change. Positive.
I hope the people who live here after me hear the cats fighting all the time. it's so annoying. .
i can pretty much count on being awaken each morning around 6am to the cat chasing the other one and howling at top cat level. he makes a mess of the bathroom sink and kitchen counter which the owner neglects to clean. I hate that I am being forced to leave, but knowing the household will continue to devolve upon my departure makes it easier.
