last night i thort i would be cool and leapfrog a stone bollard. this kinda failed as i crushed and bent back my hand and ended up in so much pain that i sat down on the grass and waited to be picked up about an inch away from crying....my hand is all swollen and when i went into work this morning they sent me to A+E and i have soft tissue damage ( Read more... )
