Heartcatch Precure
YES, it's a shamelessly commercial show made to sell toys, but it's FUCKING GREAT. The characters have chemistry, the art design kicks ass, occasional episodes have amazing animation and it's really funny at times (one episode is seriously about a guy writing self insert fanfiction).
Anyway, I can't wait for Cure Moonlight to get more screentime *fangirl* OTL (Erika is still the best though)
the Tatami Galaxy
newest TV anime by masaaki yuasa aka the guy who directed Mind Game (best movie ever) and a bunch of other cool stuff... I was turned off by it at first because of the words words words, but it becomes pretty apparent that the visuals are just as important when it comes to storytelling as the script.
It was a pretty unique experience to me to have the things I didn't like (mainly the main character himself) be redeemed by the ending. GOOD SHIT.
I'm usually not a voice actor fangirl but Hiroyuki Yoshino is freaking amazing.
OH AND I AM HYPE HYPE HYPE FOR THIS. I hope I'll have enought time to watch it when it comes out:

Touhou 12.8 is supposed to come out this weekend. I'm looking forward to it. I've obviously not paid attention to the official published Touhou stuff, because I only recognised Makoto Hirasaka a doujinshi artist... whoops. I did however read the first chapter of Wild and Horned Hermit, and it's pretty neato. I really hope Kasen or whatever turns out to be one of the four devas because gasp, Touhou having a recurring plot threads??? The art is nice and flowy too~.
