well he's 15 weeks old now. Almost 4 months on the planet. And 16lbs or more. He has a birth certificate and soon, a SIN. He'll exist in the bureaucratic plane. For good or ill

my best friends son is now 11 months and he is running around screaming his head off ( apparently he never actually "walked" just started running)
