well baby is now 16 mths old tomorrow. it seems like he's been here forever and yet it feels like it's all happened so fast

have you thought about using a meal delivery service? A coworker of mine was using it last year, and she really valued it.

There's a few that have opened up by Jane and Bloor (http://www.suppersolved.com/ seems to be busy) that deliver food you can freeze and order for delivery, so I"m sure there must be a suitable one near you.
