I agree with seeing both sides. Like others have said, the controversy with Panjabi turned me off a little to JM and I can see her point about male actors getting well compensated, but it is a streaming shows so I don't know if they have the type of budget to give her her standard rate. If she wasn't budging on that it seems a little unreasonable.

Yeah I do understand Julianna feeling insulted if she was only offered a standard guest star rate, she should be fairly compensated for the publicity that she will bring in, but at the same time she can’t really expect to make as much for a role guest starring on TGF as she made on TGW as the lead. TGW was a much bigger commitment for her, it required far more work and screen time for a start when she was carrying the bulk of the scenes in every episode, a role as supporting the leads in another show just isn’t the same, but it does seem like she was arguing for what she was making on TGW when she says that they failed to meet her standard fee?

That is what it sounds like, which yeah, would be weird and probably wasn't doable for them.
