The First Amendment shouldn't bore us.  Instead the First Amendment uplifts and energizes us.  May we thus preserve the First Amendment for that reason and for other reasons.

We can advance the First Amendment through organizations we start. We can also advance the First Amendment through organizations others start.

So let us advance the First Amendment both through organizations we start and through organizations others start.
