Back (from outerspace?)

I have once again wrenched my back. My aunt is getting a large microwave for Christmas (One of the ones that fit over the stove) and I was helping Danny carry it out to the car. Danny refused to lift his side higher when going down the stairs so I was forced to bend down. When Danny pulled the box away from me I tripped on one of the outside stares
