Yeah so tried the whole sleep thingy, and I can't really do it. Got much to much on my mind. I feel pretty good right now, but I keep thinking of the what ifs and those always drive me crazy. Like the one teeny tiny little thing you did that you didnt evn kno u were doing wrong but it all came crashing down, or like what if people didnt act or feel
