well think of all the people who saw the commercial and could take one or more home. They're saving a pet's life. Just because you're too lazy to take care of it doesn't mean you have to resort to the generic animal rights activist fantasy about some cracked out nonexistant place where animals would be happy. (well they can't, technically, they don't have the brain capacity to experience emotions)

and i don't think that the animals would be happy there. There's too many colors, and half of them are colorblind, so you'd just be teasing them.

I would adopt them if my mom let me, and she does not let me not because I won't take care of them but because she does not want one. So once I can have animals i will adopt them from shelters to save their lifes. And you can not tell me that when you kick and abuse a dog over and over again he does not get sad.
