"Johnny-san", my favorite sushi master, is really hard to catch as he's not really working the nights any longer... It has been many months since I've been trying to catch him on nights, as I have few friends from Montréal that really want to go back when the master is there (best sushi ever)...  and I know he will be there next Wednesday!
