Wear cute flats or really low heels... that's what I do

Cute flats don't work for my feet. I've marched into stores with determination and told myself I'd buy them anyway even if they don't fit or look right

but once I get them on and stare at my deformed flat foot pouring out the side of the shoe for too long I give up, get sad, and put them back.

Even though you have narrow feet, have you ever tried wide shoes in that case?

I haven't, but I doubt they would stay on. I could try regardless though
