Yikes it's been a while... Just been so busy with things, I haven't had time to post. I haven't been going out much either. Surprise Surprise! Since I bought my DVD burner and signed up for Blockbuster online (3 months free), I've been spending many nights catching up on movies. But it's still been a busy month...
Hip is getting better... resumed playing volleyball... although I have PT tomorrow.
Went to NYC for a wedding... too hot and too sticky for me now! We stayed at the NY Hilton. Checked out my friends new restaurant/lounge LUDO (I encourage everyone in NYC to check it out)... and we managed to party it up at Crobar for Erick Morillo.
Madison is getting cuter and cuter.
Dave is moving out... May be looking for a new tenant/roommate in the fall...
Kitchen/bathroom renovations on my condo have gotten pushed back.
Had my 6 month review... and must be doing ok, since I still have a job :-P
It's 7pm and I'm still here at work! it's bright out so at least it doesn't feel late.
C and I are taking a long weekend next weekend in VEGAS!
Waiting for my HELOC to finalize... so I can start thinking about future investments... ie... My brother and I were last talking about an 8 unit apartment complex in the OC.
Best man tasks... need to start planning...
Will be in Vegas in November for a Commercial Real Estate Seminar... I really hope the money spent will help me in my real estate endeavors.
