Your little customer story was funny though!! I used to sell tickets for my train company and I have a bunch of those stories with difficult (not to call them assh***!) customers...
But I thought you worked at a book store?

and the worst thing is, if you DID throw rocks at them, which in my opinion you have EVERY right to, you'd be the one getting in trouble ..
