"Spring Break"!

I have to work for at least the next 5 days - most likely 7 in a row - but i will be off next weekend. I'm really hoping that th weather is nice then, because oktoberain, Brendan, and i have plans to go to Washington DC for a couple of days, and enjoy springtime amongst the marble monuments and history

I LOOOVE Washington, DC. I plan to go to take my son Kyler there too. I have to wait and see if my husband would get couple days off. I guess the boss would let him or not. I would like to take Kyler to Smithsonian's National Air & Space Museum. He likes to see airplanes and others. *praying* Maybe he would become an astronuat or pilot when he grows up. Who knows. *shrug* My favorite place to go see National Museum of American History.

I am sure weather will clear up and starting to warm up by the time you all go there for visiting. Be sure you take pictures.

the last time that Brandy and i went, we went to the American History museum, and had a blast.

Until the day i die, i will never forget seeing the Fort McHenry flag in the restoration room... i think about it now, and i get a little emotional.

that's it... THE "Star Spangled Banner" that Francis Key wrote about in 1814. I never dreamed that it was that huge... no wonder he could see it from the harbor.
