we've ALL been there and we ALL hate it!!!!!!!!!! but i seriously think the West Valley DMV has got to be the most out of control one there is. Their is a minimum of 2 hours of wait. They close at 5:30. We got there at 3 and they gave us a "stand by" number, meaning we might or might not get helped. so their was a possibility that we would wait
