My frustration working with autistic children was, I never got much results. It's just, unfortunately, very hard work, but you don't really get results.

No wonder he never got any results from autistic kids; that dude's a retard. He has no clue about autism, because if he did, he would understand that autism is a spectrum, and with constant, hands-on, in your face work, autistic children can (to a point) come out of it. I mean, hello, Temple Grandin, John Robison, even Jenny McCarthy's son.

Oh, and emotions have nothing to do with neurotransmitters. *facepalm* Autistic people often have a hard time interpreting human emotions, but they are still able to, you know, function. If you were unable to produce neurotransmitters, you'd essentially be dead.

Srsly. Get a clue, man.
