Up until a few days ago I wasn't doing great, but I have been trying to make that change and it's been working. Plus I'm re-discovering my religion, and that's helped a lot too.

faith is really important to alot of ppl, im sure ull find alot of supportive ppl and new friends if u get into religion more, as well as helping urself individually :)
