The scale!

Oh, geez, no wonder I've felt like crap lately. I weighed myself yesterday and the scale informed me that I'm at 283 pounds which is more than I have weighed ever.

I don't know how that happened so fast. So, we're definitely going back on weight watchers today. I've already planned out my menu for the day. I'm going to be in a terrible mood until I ( Read more... )

Totally understand where you're coming from. Got weighed while I was at the doctor yesterday and found I was around 225 lbs. Dieting isn't going to work for me, as a partial starvation diet is already compromising my weight loss, but a pair of 3 lbs. weights will at least let me build more muscle mass than fat.

omg good luck! It's so hard to lose weight, but its worth it once you get a couple weeks in and see results. <3

Good luck! I have weight problems too, except I'm too thin. I'm not anorexic skinny but I don't healthy either. My mom says my face has gotten so gaunt that I look like a walking corpse, and she's right. I've tried so many things to gain weight but my metabolism is just too fast. I need something to slow it down.
