"well, maynard just called me and they have a show at the valley brook tonight and their drummer cancelled on them. so he asked me to play with them. and i'm getting fifty bucks."

well the bf bought the first one and gave me $20 (since i had no cash) to buy myself drinks while he played.
then my friend bought me the second one.
then when i went to go buy us another round, some random guy told me that since i was with the band, not to pay for it.
then i payed for the fourth. (because i felt bad)
friend payed for the fifth.
some random drunk guy at the bar payed for the sixth. THEN asked me if i had a boyfriend. i was like "yeah he's right there, playing the drums, you want your drink back?"
all in all, a very good night. i think it lasted until sunrise.
