All that black and white confusion! The false alarms got me mixed up sorry :(

Oh well, I wish I could sympathise -not that I found it extremely offensive or amusing- but as an aethist, really don't know what I'd do if I were you. I guess he didn't do it to spite Catholicism, but I'd be angry if someone I loved or respected was being degraded.

Have you heard about Malachy's prophecies? The order of St Benedictine (or something) have predicted long before that the pope after PJPII will be from their order (don't know what THAT means...)

And the one after that is Peter the Roman...?

yup its here. Prophecies cannot be verified until its in hindsight. I personally wouldn't put much stock in its authenticity. But who knows?

Yeah its about the insulting nature of it, thats all. I was personally ticked off and I had to say something. Maybe it was a tad overboard but still. I don't go around screaming at Muslims, or homosexuals or Hindus. So i would expect the same courtesy extended to me. I guess not then. It is the internet and its 'public' space. Oh well. THats that then
