welp, we decided to go for the whole thing today. 12 runs for a minutes 12 walks for a minute, and 5 minute warm up and cool down. we decided that around our house was too hilly so we headed down to lake washington to find flat land. that was an excellent decision. we did the whole thing. so, day one is done. tuesday is day 2.
