I honestly didn't think it would be that bad. It's the conditions, not my body, that fucked me up. :-(

I really am fairly good at not overdoing it. Though, I admit, I should have called a cab after the second flip. I guess that's the jackass in me...stubborn as one. *grin*

You got your errands accomplished and you learned things... 1) the road conditions suck (which is not under your control); 2) When things get rough, Freya gets very stubborn; 3) This time your body was FINE. Just let that percolate for a bit. Your body was fine and did not stop you from doing what you needed to do -- it was the road conditions, which are absolutely outside of your control. I'm sorry you had a rough time but I just want you to revel in the fact that the fact that it was a rough time had nothing to do with your body. YAY and HUGS!!!!!!!!!
