New Hobbit Trailer with "Pippin's Song"

I was just at the movies and saw the trailer for "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies." OMG, they used Pippin's song from ROTK - I had to press a hand to my heart it was so haunting and beautiful and... Well, watch it!

Got to say, the music was one of the things that really made the LOTR trilogy of films work for me - I just love the Ring's theme.

Me, too! They had these events around Washington DC at Wolftrap -- an outdoor concert hall -- where they'd show one of the LOTR movies with live symphony and chorale doing the soundtrack. I nearly died, it was so intense. Can you imagine the intro to FOTR, that haunting Elvish music, live? It was amazing...

The closest I've got is downloading the Youtube vid of a similar concert. Oh I also love the theme for the Rohirrim.

And the "light the beacons" theme! And just about all of it, really. The soundtrack is so gorgeous. :)
