The only live action stuff I can remember from my childhood is Heidi. The other stuff was definitely very elaborate 2D animation. I'm intrigued. I think I need to go check up on The Singing Ringing Tree tho ;)

That's quite frightening, but I think its the tights and the fish costume that worried me most. Thanks for sharing. I don't think I'd previously had the pleasure ;)
