Going on Day Five

Four days of training in a row and I've lost 3.5lbs.  w00t for the week one motivation!  Yesterday I hit a pretty intense "runners high" on the elliptical at about mile 2.  I've experienced them before, and even done some pretty restful meditations while physically working very hard.  This was odd in that it was about as intense as the journey work ( Read more... )
