Well I know my entries are becoming few and far between. (probably because I cannot see straight right now.) I now have a regular shift that is 10 am to 11 pm which quickly gets through to 40 hours but a few in a row really puts a dent in me. so i've been wondering, do you put a lot of thought into the "todays lesson"

i mean, do you sit there for a few minutes to reflect and come up with something meaningful, or do you just throw out the first thing that comes to mind?
